SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery and installation are free for all King Koil products. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Peninsular Malaysia and Penang. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery to PO Box, East Malaysia, Langkawi and all other islands.
Orders are delivered by KingKoil Logistics team from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery normally takes between seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days, unless stipulated otherwise.
If the packaging seal is opened or damaged during delivery, please DO NOT accept the parcel.
During peak online sales, promotional periods and festive seasons, orders and deliveries may take longer time.
