Thank you for choosing King Koil as your sleeping partner. At King Koil Malaysia, customer satisfaction is our first priority and we aim to give excellent service to accommodate our customers.
We strongly advise our customers to inspect the product carefully for damages upon delivery before signing the delivery document. This is to ensure you are completely happy and satisfied with products. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even the product being damaged duringtransportation, you have the right to reject the goods upon delivery and we will schedule for another exchange.
If any damage or manufacturing defect occurred after the delivery has been made, you can contact us at 03-31221866 or email at enquiry@kingkoil.com.my. Our customer support team will assist you. Once the order has been confirmed and final payment has been made, customers are not allowed to cancel the order and refund are not applicable
