TEN (10) YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
Smart Mattress (Mattress Structure Only)
Repairs follow the pro-rated conditions stated in the main King Koil® Limited Warranty.
TWENTY (20) YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
Bedframe (Wooden Structure Only)
Repairs follow the pro-rated conditions stated in the main King Koil® Limited Warranty.
ACTUATOR (2) YEARS GUARANTEED
The actuator is fully guaranteed. The method of replacement or repair depends on the package purchased.

- Valid for normal household use only
- Warranty is void if modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Must be used on a flat, stable surface with sufficient load support
- Keep away from water, moisture, and sharp objects
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims
- Warranty is valid within Malaysia only
Use & Safety Compliance
This warranty is valid only when the Smart Mattress is used in accordance with the King Koil® Smart Mattress User Manual.
Failure to follow the operating instructions, safety guidelines, and precautionary measures stated in the User Manual may result in damage, personal injury, and/or void this warranty.
