Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and Entry Restrictions

• This program is strictly for families affected by the Putra Heights Gas Pipeline Fire.
• Each affected household is eligible to redeem one (1) King Koil Queen Size mattress only.
• Applicants must submit complete personal details, including phone number, IC number, email address, and a copy of their Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) bill or water bill to verify the impacted household address. Incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
• Redemption registrations are non-returnable. We advise applicants to retain a copy of their submission for reference.
• Only registrations submitted within the program period—until 30th June 2025—will be considered. Please register via the official form at https://forms.gle/FUnHgRJSfVsZBRK66
• Our team will contact eligible applicants via WhatsApp to coordinate mattress delivery.

Start and Closing Date

• This program begins and ends as announced on King Koil’s official website and/or social media platforms.
• Late submissions will not be accepted for any reason.
• King Koil Malaysia is not responsible for any unreceived or lost entries.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, legal changes, etc.), King Koil Malaysia reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the program and its terms without prior notice.

Product Redemption

• Each eligible household will receive one (1) King Koil Queen Size mattress from King Koil Malaysia.
• Mattress deliveries will continue until 31^st December 2025 and are subject to stock availability.
• Products are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
• King Koil Malaysia reserves the right to replace the product with another of similar value,if necessary.
• A total of 70 mattresses will be sponsored for affected families
• Redemptions will be handled on a first come, first served basis.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Submissions containing false information or inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content will be disqualified.
• King Koil Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any entry found to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
• By participating, applicants consent to King Koil Malaysia using their information for verification and coordination purposes, and to disclose such information to third parties if required.

Publicity

• King Koil Malaysia may conduct publicity activities related to this assistance program.
• By participating, applicants agree to allow the use of their name, photo, and general location (e.g., town or area) for promotional purposes.
