Terms and Conditions
The Touch’n Go eWallet credit is available for redemption during the campaign period in a denomination offered with the following criteria:-
- Campaign period: 01 April 2023-30 June 2023.
- To qualify for the campaign, eligible customers must register the warranty at https://www.kingkoil.my/product-registration/
- 1x RM 250 eWallet credit redemption with Queen or King size purchase of either one of the following mattress:
-Luxury Qi-Cool Comfort
-Luxury Qi-Cool Firm
-Luxury Gentle - 1x RM 125 eWallet credit redemption with Queen or King size purchase of either one of the following mattress:
-Luxury Support
-Luxury Rest - Eligible customer will receive an email notification of the eWallet credit via the registered email account in the warranty system.
- The email notice of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit will be sent within 14 to 21 working days from the date of registration.
- Expiry date of the eWallet credit will be reflected in the email and no extensions will be entertained. No replacements or extensions will be given for expired, lost, destroyed, or stolen Pin.
- Once redeemed, the Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
- Redemption of this Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit is subject to availability.
- Any query and dispute on the redemption of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit shall be directed to, and resolved directly with the participating merchant.
- Kingkoil Bedding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or modify any order or revoke the use of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit for any reason, including following circumstances of fraudulent purchasing activity, abuse or used in bad faith.
- Kingkoil Bedding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit, discounts, credits, cash or otherwise compensate customers for:
- Discontinued or cancelled Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit;
- Improper use of, or inability to redeem, the Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit; or
- The inability to use the Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit due to technical issues.
